SPA POLICIES & PROCEDURES
In order to maximize your spa experience, we encourage you to shower prior to your service. If you plan on using our whirlpool, please bring your bathing suit since our spa is a co-ed facility. Our fitness center is also available for your use. The use of our showers, whirlpool and fitness center are complimentary with any spa treatment. Please arrive early to have plenty of time to enjoy these amenities and to just sit down and relax. You will receive a robe and slippers to wear between treatments and a locker with a key for your personal belongings. Please avoid bringing valuables, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Toiletries are also available for your use.
RESERVATIONS
Our spa services are very popular and we highly recommend that reservations be made two weeks in advance. We must have a major credit card to guarantee your reservation. To avoid being deprived of valuable treatment time, please check in at the spa reception desk at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Please note that if you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled so as not to inconvenience the next scheduled guest. Your complete service time booked includes initial consultation, technical service, ending consultation and product recommendation to experience at home until your next appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To avoid charges, please honor our 48-hour advance notice cancellation policy for all spa services. Spa packages and group reservations require seven days advance notice. Late cancellations and no shows will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the service or package price.
SPA ETIQUETTE
To preserve the tranquility of the spa environment, cellular phones and pagers are not allowed. Guests are requested to keep their voices to a minimum.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Your comfort and well being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, disabilities or illnesses. Talking with your therapist will help customize your service to ensure your maximum enjoyment and benefit. We recommend that all guests allow at least one hour between your last meal and your treatment.
GRATUITIES
Our services do not include tax or gratuities. In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum age requirement is 18 years old, unless accompanied by an adult. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver or consent.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Spa BenMarNico’s gift cards make an ideal gift for any occasion. Gift cards may be purchased for any dollar amount over $10.00 to use toward products or services of choice.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
Group reservations require a deposit equaling 50% of scheduled services two weeks prior to the appointment, our group minimum is $300. Group reservation deposit may be refunded at the time of service if individual payment is preferred. 10 % of services will be forfeited if group reservation is cancelled outside of our cancellation policy.
